Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 19 February 2026

Welcome to TomorrowTutor ("we”, "us”, "our”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our Service

TomorrowTutor provides online tutoring for primary school children through one-to-one lessons and small group classes (typically up to four learners), delivered by approved tutors.

2. Accounts & Security

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
  • Please ensure your account information is accurate and up to date.
  • We may suspend accounts where we reasonably believe there is misuse or a security risk.

3. Children & Parental Permission

Our services are intended for children, but accounts and payments must be created/managed by a parent or guardian. By booking, you confirm you are the child’s parent/guardian (or have their permission).

4. Booking & Attendance

  • Lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to tutor availability.
  • For group classes, places may be limited. A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and the booking shows as confirmed in your account.
  • Please join on time. Late arrival may reduce lesson time.

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

  • More than 24 hours’ notice: You may reschedule the lesson or receive a credit for a future lesson.
  • Less than 24 hours’ notice: The lesson is normally charged in full and is not refundable, as the tutor time has been reserved.
  • No-shows: If a student does not attend a scheduled lesson, it is treated as a late cancellation and is not refundable.
  • If we cancel: If TomorrowTutor or a tutor needs to cancel, you will be offered a reschedule or a credit/refund.

In exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

6. Payments

Prices, packages, and subscription plans (where offered) are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

7. Tutor Standards & Appropriate Behaviour

  • We expect respectful behaviour from tutors, parents, and learners at all times.
  • Abusive language, harassment, or disruptive behaviour may result in lesson termination and/or account suspension.

8. Technology & Lesson Delivery

Online tutoring requires a stable internet connection and a suitable device. We are not responsible for issues caused by a user’s equipment, connectivity, or local network problems.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content and learning materials provided by TomorrowTutor remain our intellectual property (or that of our tutors/licensors) and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

10. Privacy

We take privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use information.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page and will apply from the effective date shown above.
